Solaire is seeking a motivated, talented and hard working Business Development Intern to join our
team to assist the business development group in carrying out a number of sales, marketing,
research, finance-related, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Sales activity assistance, such as sales prospecting, account management, site evaluations,
proposals and follow up
• Market and incentive research
• Trade shows, conferences, and events coordination
• Sales and marketing literature for both print and online
• Online marketing and social media
• Office administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong interest in renewable energy
• Stellar oral and written communication skills
• Strong research and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) helpful.
• Understanding of financial analytics (NPV, IRR, Time Value of Money, Financing, Capital Lease,
Operating Lease, ROI, depreciation, cash flow)
• Flexibility to manage a variety of tasks
• Positive references and work history
• Must be available to work full time for a full semester (10-12 weeks)
