Larry’s 35+ years of technology experience includes semiconductor and systems
manufacturing in aerospace, telecom, NC machining, and computer systems. He has
managed teams of 65+ people, implemented more than 30 ISO and process
improvement projects, and audited more than 50 manufacturing suppliers around the
world. He has deep expertise in quality management.
His lean six sigma experience includes process mapping, statistical process control,
corrective action (8D), a variety of quality tools, and use of the lean six sigma DMAIC
(define, measure, analyze, improve, control) methodology. He co-developed and
launched Dartmouth College’s first ever LIVE ONLINE workshop offerings: Lean Six Sigma
Yellowbelt, Greenbelt and Blackbelt. Larry co-developed the workshop outlines,
portions of the content, selected the LIVE online delivery application, and successfully
marketed the workshop to people around the world.
