o Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is a non-profit organization, think-tank,
and publisher exploring international affairs and issues. CFR provides free
teaching modules published by CFR publication authors to be used in conjunction

o National Geographic Society is a National Geographic service founded in 1888

o “World Without Oil” is a game that simulated the first 32 weeks of a global oil
crisis and collected submitted chronicles from people all over the world who
imagined their alternate reality in an oil crisis (http://www.worldwithoutoil.org/).
Teachers can use the game to teach students about resource issues using lesson
plans provided by the “World Without Oil” team

o Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to people and organizations every year
since 1901, with a few exceptions such as during World War II. The Nobel Peace
