BUSINESS FOUNDATIONS CERTIFICATE
30 credit hours
The application for the Business Foundations Certificate is submitted, on-line, at http://www.kelley.iu.edu/ugrad.
Effective Spring 2005 (4055)
The Business Foundations Certificate provides the liberal arts and professional school student with an introduction to the basic
concepts of business. The certificate is flexible enough to be easily integrated into a student’s major area of study since the subject
matter complements most academic pursuits. It can also be a stand-alone certificate for students who are pursuing courses through
the School of Continuing Studies. Criteria for the certificate are:



Achieve a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA in all IU courses
Pass all courses required for the certificate
Achieve a 2.0 cumulative GPA in the required 21 credits
Take at least 15 of the 21 required credits at the Bloomington or Indianapolis (IUPUI) campuses.

