All AIA Vitality members are entitled to the True AIA Vitality membership discounts.
About the True AIA Vitality Membership Benefit
As an AIA Vitality member, you are entitled to the True AIA Vitality membership at the rates set out below.

You will earn 100 AIA Vitality Points for each session at a True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga centre, up to a
maximum of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points a year.
The 15,000 AIA Vitality Points applies to all physical activites, including gym, yoga, organized sports events (such as a marathon),
and other physical activities tracked using fitness monitor devices (such as Fitbit, Fitbug or Polar).

Benefit Fees and Rules
Monthly fee paid to AIA Vitality via a PayPal account
You will pay the monthly True AIA Vitality membership fee to AIA Vitality. The applicable rates are shown in the table below. The
payment will be via a PayPal account that you will need to set up when you activate this Benefit.

You may sign up for one True AIA Vitality membership (True Fitness, True Yoga or Bikram Original Hot yoga) at the AIA Vitality
discounted rate, at any given point of time.

Your True AIA Vitality membership fee will be automatically deducted each month using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal
account, you will need to set up an account when you activate this Benefit.

Should PayPal fail to deduct the fees from your account, your True AIA Vitality membership will be cancelled.

Your membership begins on the date you sign up. Your access to the True Fitness centre will start seven (7) days after you
sign up. If you wish to access the gym before the 7th day, you may do so by presenting your PayPal payment
confirmation email at the reception and your photo ID at the True counter for verification purposes.

Your True AIA Vitality membership will be renewed each month from your sign-up date unless you cancel the Benefit, your AIA
Vitality membership or your AIA insurance policy.

Your recurring monthly payment via PayPal will go through on the same day each month (same date as the date you sign up).
However, if you sign up on the last day of the month, your payment date will move to the first day of the following month.

You must use your AIA Vitality membership card to access the True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga centre.
Getting started
Step 1: Choose a membership type

Log onto AIAVitality.com.sg

Click on the Activate now link in the True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga partner section.

Select your membership type and location.

Accept all the terms and conditions.
Step 2: Pay the fee online

You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can register as a new user or log in with your existing PayPal
account. PayPal makes online payments safe by keeping your financial information private and protected.
Sign up for the recurring monthly membership fee. You will receive an email notification confirming your registration.

Step 3: Earn AIA Vitality Points by working out regularly

You will have access to the True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga centre seven (7) days after you have
signed up. If you wish to access the gym before the 7th day you may do so by presenting your PayPal payment
confirmation email at the reception and your photo ID at the True counter for verification purposes.

Remember to bring your AIA Vitality membership card to each session to earn your AIA Vitality Points.
AIA Vitality Points

You must have your AIA Vitality membership card scanned each time you start your workout at any True Fitness / True
Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga centre.

You will earn 100 AIA Vitality Points per day for each workout session at True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot
Yoga.

Note that you may only earn AIA Vitality Points for one physical activity a day, which includes a workout at True Fitness, a
yoga session at True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga, walking, running or other activities tracked with fitness monitor
devices such as Fitbit, Fitbug, or Polar

Should you have exercised more than once a day, we will record only the highest points earning activity.

Your AIA Vitality Points may take up to one week to reflect on your online AIA Vitality Points Statement.
Existing True members who join AIA Vitality

If you are already a True member prior to joining AIA Vitality, your existing contract term must come to an end with no
outstanding payment due to True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga before you can sign up for the True AIA
Vitality membership.

You may, however, earn AIA Vitality Points under your existing membership. To start earning AIA Vitality Points, simply
provide us with your True membership details, including your contract start date by emailing us at
support@aiavitality.com.sg or calling us on 1800 248 8000.

If your existing True membership falls under the corporate membership schemes, you will not be able to earn AIA Vitality
Points.
How to cancel your True AIA Vitality membership

You must give us 14 days’ notice for all cancellations by emailing us at support@aiavitality.com.sg or calling us at 1800
248 8000.

We will inform you of your last payment date and the last date that you can access a True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram
Original Hot Yoga centre. If you are no longer an AIA Vitality member or if you are no longer insured with or own any AIA
insurance policy, your privilege to purchase the True AIA Vitality membership at AIA Vitality discounted rates will end.

Important points to remember

AIA Vitality members with existing True memberships do not qualify for the discounted membership rates. You will only be able
to take advantage of this discount when your current True membership comes to an end with no outstanding payment due to
True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga.

You will have access only to the facilities that are within your True AIA Vitality membership type. If you are on a True Fitness
membership, you have access to True Fitness centres only and not True Yoga/Bikram Original Hot Yoga centres. Similar rule
applies for AIA Vitality members on a True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga membership.

Your AIA Vitality True membership begins on the date you sign up. Your access to the True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram
Original Hot Yoga centre will start seven (7) days after you sign up. If you wish to access the gym before the 7th day you may
do so by presenting your PayPal payment confirmation email at the reception and your photo ID at the True counter for
verification purposes.

As a True AIA Vitality member, you are not entitled to the offers under the “True Member Privileges” programme.

You will need to use your AIA Vitality membership card to access the centres and earn AIA Vitality Points.

If you have a Corporate membership with True Fitness / True Yoga / Bikram Original Hot Yoga through your company, you will
not qualify for AIA Vitality Points for your workouts.

There is a limit of 15,000 AIA Vitality Points you can earn per membership year which applies to all physical activites, including
gym, yoga, organized sports events (such as a marathon), and other physical activities tracked using fitness monitor devices
(such as Fitbit, Fitbug or Polar).

Your entitlement to, and enjoyment of, this Benefit is subject to the rules herein, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions (see
www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions) and True Centre’s Terms & Conditions / Rules & Regulations. In
the event of any conflict between this Benefit Guide and the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions or the True Centre’s Terms &
Conditions / Rules & Regulations (as the case may be), the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions or True Centre’s Terms &
Conditions / Rules & Regulations (as the case may be) shall prevail. By signing up for a True AIA Vitality membership under
this Benefit, you acknowledge that you have read these rules, the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions (see
www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/terms_and_conditions) and True Centre’s Terms & Conditions / Rules & Regulations,
including the disclaimers below, and that you accept and will be bound by the terms hereof.

In the event of dispute, the decision of AIA Singapore and the True Group shall be final.
