Report to:
Agency Director
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage and set sales targets for Agency leaders
 Implement supporting activities such as training, workshops, selling activities,
motivation talks
 Work with other departments to ensure that agency force are well supported
 Provide appropriate advices, information and supports to agency force
 Motivate people to perform and build successful team
 Conduct coaching and counseling sessions with all staff


Conduct Joint-field work with Leaders and Agents
Present regular workshops and mini-seminars aimed at communicating and
developing all their staff
 Set up systems to track and monitor work in progress and business production
Skills and experience required:
 Fluent communication, in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
 Good planning and persuasive skills
 Demonstrate honesty, resilience, responsible, initiative and adaptability
 Excellent people management
 At least 2-3 years working experience in the international related company, at
least 1 year in middle Management level
 University graduation major in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.
Holding professional qualifications on life/health insurance with institutes such as
LOMA is preferred
 Good at Microsoft office
Agency Trainers

Report to:
Regional Agency Training Manager
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct regular agency training courses for new agents, and Workshop for
existing agents.
 Do the admin works to facilitate agency training courses as appropriate.
 Deliver good & effective training programs.
 Support training team in other related works.
 Build a good teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
 Join fieldwork when needed.
Skills and experience required:
 Fluent communication, in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)

 Demonstrate honesty, resilience, responsible, initiative and adaptability
 At least 2 years working experience in the international related company.
Experience in training or Life insurance is an advantage.
