ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention
and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax.
Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each
asset over its estimated useful life.

- 25% on reducing balance
- 25% on reducing balance
- 33% on reducing balance
Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated
but not reversed
at the balance sheet date.
Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a
straight line
basis over the period of the lease.
Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions
payable to the
company's pension scheme are charged to the profit and loss account in the period
to which they
relate.

RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES
Included within debtors is a balance due from the parent company Westgate
Project Management Limited of £156,957(2012: £155,683). During the year the
company paid Westgate Project Management Limited £18,678 (2012: £17,333) for
consultancy and management charges. There
were additional transfers from Westgate Project Management Limited to the
company during the
year totalling £1,274 (2012: £12,180).
The Directors are also partners of Westgate Projects LLP. During the year the
company paid Westgate Projects LLP £142,870 (2012: £80,718) for consultancy
and management charges. At the
year end date there was a balance owed to the company of £34,610 (2012:
£14,145) in relation to
transfers made to Westgate Projects LLP during the period.
