China Yuchai International is listed on New York Stock Exchange. Its
principal subsidiary, Guangxi Yuchai manufactures and sells diesel
engines for trucks, buses, vans, construction equipment and other
Automotive applications. Guangxi Yuchai is ranked as one of the largest diesel
(2011 Rev: S$3,037M) engine manufacturers by China Association of Automobile
Manufacturers. Through its JVs, Guangxi Yuchai also manufactures
diesel engines for passenger vehicles and heavy duty trucks, and
remanufactured engine components.

Frestec ( 新 飞 ) is one of the leading manufacturers of major
consumer appliances in China. Through its well-established
nationwide distribution network in China, Frestec offers a range of
major consumer appliances which include fridges, freezers, wine
chillers, coolers, air conditioners and washing machines to its
consumers in China. Frestec is also expanding internationally
through various form of cooperation with our business partners.
Fedders is an established brand with more than 100 years of
heritage in innovation and quality. Acquired in April 2012, Fedders
will build its footprints into the Asia Pacific region in 2013. It will

Airwell Air-conditioning Technology China (ATC) is a JV between
Hong Leong Asia and Elco Holdings, with majority stake owned by
Hong Leong Climate Control Holdings. ATC designs, manufactures

and distributes air conditioning systems, offering DC inverters, VRF,

used in private and large residential, commercial, and industrial
applications.

Building Materials Group is one of the largest suppliers of essential
building materials to the construction industry in Singapore. It sells
all grades of ready mixed concrete. It is the largest producer of
precast concrete elements for public housing construction. It
imports and distributes cement in Singapore and also operates a
granite quarry in Johor. In Malaysia, Hong Leong Asia’s subsidiary,
Tasek Corporation is the 4th largest cement producer.
Rex Industrial Packaging manufactures and distributes a wide
range of rigid plastic packaging products for the industrial and
consumer markets. Rex has 4 manufacturing facilities in China and
Malaysia.
