T. Thomas Change is inevitable, and also essential to the development of any individual, organization, industry or nation. Change paves the way for future growth, and helps us to reconsider and restructure our goals. Most of us are victims of complacency, and prefer to maintain status quo rather than go through the painful ordeal of dealing with change, which can be rather stressful. However, accepting change and adapting to the changing world around us, perceiving change not as a threat but an opportunity or challenge, can help us to attain success in all our endeavours. We, at IIBM, believe firmly in changing with the changing times, and are constantly striving to help our students to do the same. By updating and upgrading ourselves with changing industry trends, the development of new technology and innovative ideas, we make a conscious effort to ensure that every student who completes his or her higher education from IIBM is well equipped to face the challenges and demands of the corporate world. 3 Message from Chief Operating Officer Mr. Alexander Cherian Excellence, the pursuit and achievement of which is the tribute of the ignorant and the imperfect man to the perfect being, the Omnipresent, Omniscient and Omnipotent God.
