Username/Password
Your Canisius Username and Password is used to log
in to every virtual space at Canisius. The information is
found in the acceptance packet.
Portal
Through the portal (http://my.canisius.edu), you will be
able to access your email and ANGEL, register for classes,
see campus news, and more.
Gmail
Gmail is the official email for all students
at Canisius. Log in via the portal or directly at
http://gmail.canisius.edu.
ANGEL
ANGEL is our learning management system on
campus that your instructors may use to house
materials or conduct courses. Log in via the portal
or directly at http://angel.canisius.edu.
Help Desk
The Help Desk is available to assist students with
technical issues during the week via phone or email.

Virtual Orientation Web Site

Live, Virtual Graduate Orientation
A live, virtual orientation for all graduate students is held
at the beginning of each semester. This virtual graduate
orientation replaces the on-campus orientation that has

Bookstore
From the Bookstore’s web site and physical location
on campus, you can order books, school supplies,

Library
The Canisius College library offers a vast array
of services to our graduate students. Contact one of
our librarians on staff to help you with assignments
via phone, email, and 24/7 chat. Most materials are
available electronically: ebooks, LibGuides, books,
journals, DVDs, and educational materials are available.
For students on campus, visit the library to borrow
technology or rent study spaces.

Registrar’s Office
The Office of Student Records & Registration handles
all class registration transactions including requests
for course withdrawal, grade processing, enrollment
certificates, student loan deferments and transcripts.
They also publish course and exam schedules each
semester and administer information for Veteran
Affairs.

Student Academic Support Services (SASS)
SASS services include tutoring, peer-led study groups,
and workshops aimed at creating life/school balance,
academic mentoring available to assist with life
stressors, and dedicated support for students with

Student Accounts
The Office of Student Accounts handles the financial
transactions between students and the college including
tuition collection and payment plans, meal plan
arrangements, parking permits and the disbursement
