Our tournament will take place on Friday, June 13th, at The Bay Club Golf Course in Berlin MD: http://www.thebayclub.com/ We promise our tournament will be the most successful charity tournament of its kind on the Eastern Shore with outstanding participation. We already have many commitments in the tournament and we have a strong lineup of corporate sponsors. More importantly, we hope to raise approximately $20,000 for the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore which has more than 400 accounts servicing the needs of thousands on the Lower Eastern Shore. Our tournament will be a four-person scramble with first-place prizes going to two separate teams – one team with the lowest score without using a handicap system and one team using a handicap system. For the handicap score, we’ll use a Peoria scoring system which will be fair to everyone. Your Corporate Sponsorship comes with a four-person team – see the Golf Sponsorship on the last page of this document for other sponsorship details. If your company cannot personally attend the tournament but would still like to support us with a sponsorship, LJT will donate your entries to local golfers who might not have the resources to play.
