Please note that all Business Incentives are taxable as benefit
in kind at the employee’s rate of tax, but a company may opt
to pay the tax on behalf of its employees under the Inland
Revenue’s Taxed Award Scheme. Also, please be aware that
Business Incentives are NOT exempt from National Insurance
contributions. Contact your local Tax Office for details.

THE FLEXIBLE
INCENTIVE
House of Fraser Business Incentive vouchers are available
in denominations of £1, £5, £10, £25, £50 and £100, and are
redeemable against all purchases – including sale goods.
Business Incentive vouchers are also available in Euros for
Irish customers (redeemable at House of Fraser Dundrum).
EASE OF ORDERING
You can order by post with a cheque or credit card using
the enclosed order form, or by phone with a credit card.
Credit account customers may order via email to
incentives@hof.co.uk or by fax – a new account application
form is enclosed (see back page). New customers should
allow time for their first cheque to clear before vouchers
are despatched. Alternatively, payment may be made
through your bank via BACS or CHAPS. Please contact
House of Fraser Business Incentives for bank details.
ONLINE SERVICES
All vouchers can now be redeemed online. You can also use
the Business Incentives website at www.houseoffraser.co.uk
to register your details to set up an account (details can also
be registered by phone on 0844 561 1010). All account holders
can place orders online; the order will be confirmed by phone
or email and an invoice sent by post.
FREE, FAST, SECURE DELIVERY
Your House of Fraser vouchers will be despatched next day if
the order is received by 11.00am. It is advisable, however, to
allow a little extra time during busy periods e.g. Christmas.
You may also pre-order and specify a delivery date in advance.
FULFILMENT
The Business Incentives team will be happy to arrange
delivery direct to multiple addresses, on request.
A small handling fee is levied for this service (charged
on an individual basis according to delivery details).
