Our range now also covers Carolina's Perfect solution (PS). Perfect solution specimens look more natural and the chemical smell is less then that of formalin. They have a softer texture, making them easier to dissect and manipulate. The internal organs still look fresh, the tissue colour and texture still looks lifelike. Students extract DNA from their cheek cells (mouth swab) then watch as wispy white strands of their own DNA precipitate out of the ethanol.
