15th
Reunion
JUNE 4–7,
2015
Dear Cornell ’00 Classmates,
I
t’s time to register for our 15th Reunion! Make plans now to join your friends and classmates June 4–7 for a fantastic
weekend full of university events, class festivities, and athletic activities. You will also have opportunities to hang out at
your favorite campus and Ithaca hot spots, catch up with old friends, and make some new friends, too.
Our class has a number of events planned, but, because this is Cornell’s 150th celebration, there is so much more happening
this weekend. Spend some time on the Reunion website to plan your weekend. As we get closer to June, there will be a
Reunion mobile app, which you can download to your smart phone or tablet to see the complete list of Reunion activities.
Reunion can be an all-inclusive weekend vacation or a day trip. We’ve made sure that the activities for the weekend are both
family-friendly and perfect for singles; so, whether you’re bringing the kids or coming on your own, there is something for
everyone. To take advantage of the special early bird discount rates, your registration must be submitted online by midnight
on May 10.
At our Class of 2000 Reunion website, classof00.alumni.cornell.edu, you will find the following:
• Class events and housing
• Class registration (register online today!)
• Helpful details on bringing the family
•Childcare
• Athletic events registration
• A link to the university’s Reunion website to see all of the activities and events Cornell will be offering, along with the opportunity to build your own itinerary
The class website also contains a current listing of classmates who already registered. If your friends are not yet listed, please
contact them and experience Reunion together. Join our group on Facebook, Cornell University Class of 2000, to keep up to
date on plans.
Don’t delay—register now!
Best regards,
David Chipurnoi and Erin Flinn

as the only landline phones are in the hallways.
When is check in/check out?

No, you may not smoke, and only service animals are welcome.
Can I get a room near my friends?
If there is someone you would like to be near, please put their name in the request portion of the
housing section while registering online. They must also request to room with you. Although we will
try to make accommodations when possible, there is no guarantee.
I have special medical or mobility needs—is it practical for me to stay in the residence halls?
Yes! To communicate specific medical or mobility needs, please contact your class registration chair
by May 24.
Does our class have a block of rooms at a hotel?
Prefer to stay in a local hotel room? A limited number of rooms have been blocked for Alumni
returning to Ithaca. Review hotel information on the Cornell Reunion website, and call your
favorite hotel directly for a reservation on a first-come, first served basis.
3. REUNION WITH THE FAMILY/CHILDREN
We’ve got an exciting range of class and university activities planned for everyone, including
future Cornellians! Bring your family and introduce them to your alma mater. See the Family Flyer
for details about the Fun in the Sun Festival on Saturday afternoon and child care options serving
children ages 6 weeks to 15 years.
4. MAKE A GIFT IN HONOR OF OUR 15TH REUNION CAMPAIGN
Our goal is to have every classmate make a gift to Cornell as part of our Reunion campaign. Each
gift to Cornell, regardless of the amount or designation, counts in our class totals and helps support
today’s Cornellians. You can make your gift by visiting giving.cornell.edu/give, or by calling the Cornell
Annual Fund at 1-800-279-3099. Please make your gift today since we plan to announce our class
totals during Reunion Weekend and we want to make sure to include your gift.
