Karaoke Options can be added to any Discotheque Option at an additional cost of £15
for small selection or £30 for large selection
It is also possible to design your own Discotheque Option from the option listings.
We also offer budget systems and advice on any option or service you require.
All Discotheque options use state of the art Lighting and Sound systems ensuring a
pleasant sound and visual effects. All electrical equipment is P.A.T tested and all
electrical power supplies have RDC trip-out units, as stated in EU & Heath & Safety
Laws to ensure all our clients have peace of mind. We also carry full public liability
insurance up to £5,000,000.

Also please note, that I am not apart of any DJ or Entertainments Agency. I offer a
fundamental service to our clients. If all our DJs are booked we have placements and
working partnerships with other DJs or Discotheque supplier who may be able to
offer their service under contract to Omega Music & Entertainments.

The Wedding Entertainments Guide
Your Wedding day will be a day you want to cherish forever, and naturally you will
expect everything to be right on the big the day.
The choice of wedding Receptions & Venues is now greater and wider than ever.
Many Hotels and Restaurants offer wedding packages, but many over charge the
entertainments packages, and what you end up with, is some local resident DJ who is
limited and inexperienced to what many professional Discotheque and Entertainments
services could offer your wedding evening, and by no means do you have to except
the venues entertainments packages. But normally the large hotels do offer quality
and experienced Discothèques that are supplied by experienced professional business.
We would recommend that you check out your Discotheque our Entertainments
provider first, by asking to see them first or ask if they are members of any
professional bodies and carry insurance as well as any information or history they
could send you, and always get a written agreements.
When planning your wedding, think about how formal or informal and romantic you
want the day and evening to be and always make sure that the venue or function area
will be able to take the size and dance area for your evenings entertainment
requirements.

We offer a number Discotheque options for your function that depend on size of your
function room. We also offer a number of special effects Lighting and Equipment for
your first Dance and Evenings Entertainments, which include Bubble machines, Dry

All the equipment will include cables and connectors. All equipment must be
returned in full working order and any gaffa tapes etc must be removed.
Any damages will be charged or replacement costs will be charged at end of hire.
General Information
All prices quoted in our Discotheque Package options are from Monday to Sunday
except Bank Holidays and National Holidays, and any Travel or Set-up times where
and if applicable. Any performance times that run over any agreed time may incur
additional costs of £20 per hour. Our normal performance times and prices for adult
functions on Discotheques options are from seven pm to twelve thirty am, and
children’s parties for two hours duration. Any addition to the scheduled hours or
performances will be agreed before date of performance.
Some Discotheque options and services may vary from time to time due to demand
and availability on supply and booking. We will always try to match the nearest
system or Discotheque option to your requirements.
I also welcome and undertake contracts or residences for long or short-term options
for Clubs Pubs, Hotels etc, for the Discotheque options and all bookings are
confirmed with contracts and conformation forms.
Omega Music & Entertainments undertakes safety and values its customers and
clients safety and professionalism. We carry public liability insurance and all
electrical equipment is P.A.T tested with RCD trip-outs units on electrical power
supplies. We are also members of professional organisations including the DJ and
Musicians Union and Derbyshire & Yorkshire Chambers of Commerce.
Omega Music & Entertainments uses sate of the art sound and lighting equipment to
ensure our clients have modern standard systems and special effects. We are not apart
of any Entertainment Agency and operate with a Co-operative of other Disco
providers from time to time that ensures only quality entertainments are provided.

The DJ Crew and History
DJ Niko (Nick Glynn) Proprietor of Omega Music & Entertainments.
Omega Music & Entertainments was formed in 1996 by myself after my late
father who worked and performed as a cabaret singer and television personality
and also running his own recording company.
It was through this and the many contacts and professional experience gained in
the entertainment industry over many years that Omega Music &
Entertainments was formed and has grown to be able to supply and work along
side celebrities and large leisure entertainment and hotel chains with the supply
of Professional Disc Jockeys and Discothèques with our own in- house training
programs and record label.

My history stems over 10 years as a DJ in the entertainment business working in
a variety of clubs, venues and touring Europe supporting celebrities in cabaret
bars and clubs including cruise ships and working on radio and television
stations.

DJ business and sole Disc Jockeys who meet our criteria and standards that may
work from time to time under contract to Omega music to cover busy periods.
All DJs work to entertainment and music policies set out by Omega Music &
Entertainments and/or our client’s requirements. Full details on these and any
other information required from this brochure will be supplied upon request.

Terms & Conditions of Contracts and Services
1) The client engages Omega Music & Entertainments, to perform as per following schedule of
performances at fee stated therein and subject to any special stipulation if any in booking
forms or contracts.
2) The client hereby confirms and agrees to be responsible for payment of the fees as set out in
schedules or contracts and booking forms or invoices.
3) Any addition to the standard or agreed scheduled hours or performance requirements will
attract additional payment to be agreed on or before the date of performances.
4) Lighting, sound and any other equipment may not be used by other entertainers or by any
person(s) except with express permission of Nick Glynn or his representatives.
5) It is also that Omega Music & Entertainments is not responsible for any breach of contracts by
artiste or contractors and managements through any cause arising and cancellation.
6) Any cancellation under 28 days of the booked date a half fee maybe due
7) Non-signature or non-return of any contract or document does not cancel the agreement.
8) Any deposit paid is returnable unless otherwise stipulated.
9) All prices quoted in the brochures are from, which is set to the standard performance of four
hours, which excludes setting up and packing down and travel times, unless otherwise agreed.
10) Any additional hours over the agreed schedule of performances is charged at £20.00 per hour.
11) All invoice payments must be paid on the date of performances or with-in 14 days of
invoice(s) by cash or cheque.
12) Any late payment over 14 days up to 30 days will attract late payment interest of 5% and
factoring charges of each invoice outstanding.
13) Any outstanding invoice payments over 40 days will be forwarded to debt collection
companies and all above charges added to invoice along with any fees accumulated
14) Omega Music & Entertainments can also with draw or suspend any performance if crowd
control becomes unsafe or dangerous.
15) Under health & safety laws, Omega Music & Entertainments can with draw or refuse to
perform in any unsafe building or venue where the safety of its representatives or the public
maybe jeopardised.
16) Omega Music & Entertainments will no be responsible for any injury to person(s) who touch
or come into contact with any lighting or special effects equipment.
17) Omega Music & Entertainments will not perform without any PPL licences or agreed
performance licence governed by the law of England and Wales.
18) All (Artists & DJs) perform under contract to Omega Music & Entertainments and agreed
contracts and any broken contracts by Clients or Artists/DJs shall pay for a period of six
weeks 20% of the fee to Omega Music & Entertainments governed by the law of England and
Wales.
