Serving suggestion: as an aperitif or with lightly-flavoured cold starters Serving temperature: well chilled 8-10˚c Terres Des Olivettes Blanc 2012, Languedoc – France £7.95 x 2 The Olivettes white is a blend of five grape varieties: Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, Viognier and the lesser-known Terret, which is one of the Languedoc oldest surviving varieties. A combination of state-of-the-art technology and the ideal climatic conditions of the Languedoc ensures a very pleasing wine at a great price. It is a fresh, well-balanced, medium-bodied wine with a flavoursome, easy-drinking profile.
