To consider a request from Epsom Golf Club for approval to place golf ball washers on
the golf course.

That the Conservators consider a request from Epsom
Golf Club for approval to place golf ball washers on the
golf course.
Request to place golf ball washers on the golf course

A request has been made by Epsom Golf Club for approval to place golf ball
washers on the golf course.
1.2
Epsom Golf Club have requested approval to place up to 6 ball washers on the
course, each to be discretely located near a tee area. A photograph of the
proposed golf ball washer is attached at Annexe 1. The proposed ball washers
are green in colour, 60cm by 40cm in size and feature 3 advertising panels. The
Golf Club has confirmed that the content of the advertising panels would be sold
by the provider of the ball washer, but that if that space was not filled, the Club
would be entitled to place its own information within it.
Conclusion and Recommendations
2.1
The Conservators are requested to consider whether approval should be granted
for Epsom Golf Club to place golf ball washers on the golf course.
