The Q grade is a final grade and will not be replaced with a different grade at a later time. Although the Q grade will not impact students’ GPA, the issuance of a Q grade will likely decrease students’ financial aid awards. HOW ASSIGNMENTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED: All formal written papers are to be submitted on the date due at the start of class. Papers will be marked down one letter grade for each class period that they are overdue. If you must turn in a paper late, please make arrangements to do so prior to the due date. All formal papers must be word-processed, double-spaced, and incorporate 1” margins. You need not use a title page (save a tree) or plastic cover of any kind. Simply staple the paper together in the upper left-hand corner and put your name and paper number on the first page.
