£1,000 Scholarship Scheme 2015

The School of Education are pleased to offer scholarships for any UK or EU postgraduate students with an offer to one of the following courses:

MA Education programme (full-time or part-time)

MSc Computing in Education (full-time)

 MSc Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education (full-time).

Scholarships available

For the above courses starting in September/October 2015

 5 x £1,000 scholarships

How to apply

Application deadline: 31 July 2015. These bursaries are available for UK/EU students only. You should expect to hear if your application has been successful no later than 30 August 2015.

 This application form is for scholarships for MA Education (full-time or part-time), MSc

Computing in Education (full-time) and MSc Science, Technology, Engineering and

Mathematics (STEM) Education (full-time) courses. Please do not use this form for teacher training, Research or undergraduate study.

 Students who are sponsored by their employers, government or a funding body (full / part) are not eligible to apply for this scholarship award.

 Bursaries are awarded competitively on the basis of academic merit, your motivation, wider experience and circumstances as outlined in the personal statement section of your application form and the potential of the holder to contribute to and benefit from a postgraduate programme of study in the School of Education at Nottingham Trent University.

 These bursaries are judged by a panel of academics from the School of Education based on the information provided in your application.

 The £1,000 bursaries are awarded as a tuition-fee reduction. There is no cash alternative.

These bursaries are only available for students with UK or EU nationalities.

All applications should be word-processed when submitted.

 If your bursary application is successful you may be asked to appear in NTU marketing materials which may involve providing a student profile and a photograph.

 You may apply for as many bursaries as you want but you may only be awarded one bursary.

 The University’s decision in all matters relating to bursaries is final.

 The University reserves the right to remove the bursary if you leave the University.
