YEAR 10 ASSESSMENT PLANNER
SEMESTER 1, 2016






Assessment dates have been decided based on teachers’ planned teaching programs.
All students study English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities and HPE. All these subjects will have assessment
requirements.
All students study an elective program of The Arts (The Arts - Art, Music, Drama and Dance), Home Economics
(Food Studies and Textiles) and Industrial Design and Technology (Wood and Metal Work).
All assessment must be completed by the required date. If students experience difficulty in meeting the due date for
any assessment item, they are to firstly advise their teacher and then make an appointment to discuss the matter with
the Head of the Department of that subject, before the due date of the assessment item.
The school’s policy on late and non-submitted assessment will be applied to students who fail to complete the
required assessment items.
Students only complete the assessment requirements for the elective subjects they currently study
