PROFILE
I am a freelance consultant based out of Dubai, UAE, am highly motivated and able to motivate those around me to
implement project controls best practice be it at bid stage, setting on track a live project or implementing
standardisation across a business. Where things have not gone as planned, facilitate the resolution of disputes
through forensic delay analysis, the preparation of claims, advice on strategy and management of team members and
stakeholders through claims governace and transparent reporting.
I have produced a number of claims in the O&G, Power, Construction, Rail, MEP and Telecoms sectors, been
invoved in Expert Witness work, Adjudication and Arbitration proceedings and held lead claims positions on large
multi $bn disputes, successfully facilitating commercial settlements with my clients which includes Employers,
Main Contractors, Subcontractors and the resolution of inter Consortoium issues.
Having undertaken national planning improvement programmes in the UK for two of the largest UK engineering
firms and sat on the London Underground Planning Steering committee, I have excellent stakeholder management
skills, my work is always client focused, delivered on time and to high standards.
