Notice of the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Highcliffe Sailing Club to be held at
the Clubhouse Mudeford Quay on Friday 30 November 2007 at 20:00 hours
Please note that as laid down in the Club Constitution notice of the A.G.M. is required to be posted to
members 28 days before the meeting and this notice complies with that rule.
You are reminded that any motion to be put to the A.G.M. MUST BE RECEIVED BY Monday 9th
November 2007, motions must be in writing and duly proposed and seconded. New nominees must
have signified their willingness to stand for election. As nominations are received by the Hon Secretary
they will be displayed in the clubhouse. Last day for nominations is Monday 9th November 2007
