Essay #5 in class (Illustration/Examples Essay)
In the illustration essay you will support your topic/thesis with specific examples. The
illustration essay’s topic should be something that is meaningful to you, so I will only
provide sample topics (you are free to use them if you wish). This essay should only be 23 double-spaced, typed pages in length, so you must choose a topic that can focused
enough to be covered within the length constraints.

Extracurricular activities – good or bad for student learning?
Cleaning and dressing deer in campus bathrooms – good idea or bad idea?
