Abstract
This document describes formatting requirements papers must fulfill to be published in
students’ online journal ‘Engineering Management’. For your paper to be published in the
journal, you can use this document as both an instruction set and as a template into which
you can type your own text. Abstract must be in Serbian and no longer than 1800
characters.

1. INTRODUCTION
This document is a template. For questions on paper guidelines, please contact the
students’ journal Organizational Committee. Papers submitted must be in Serbian, typed in
Serbian Latin, MS Word 2003 or later version.
Submitted papers should not exceed fifteen pages, including text, figures, tables, references
and other. Papers should be submitted in electronic format to the following email addresses

2. PAGE LAYOUT
Your paper must use a page size corresponding to A4 which is 210 mm (8.27'') wide and
297 mm (11.69'') long. The margins must be set as follows:
- Top = 30 mm
- Bottom = 25 mm
- Left = 30 mm
- Right = 25 mm
The title appears after single line spacing, centered on the first page, typed in 14 pt Times
New Roman, Bold. Authors’ names should appear below the title of the paper in 12 pt
Times New Roman Bold, Italic, as well as authors’ affiliations, addresses and email
addresses. After the title of the paper and authors’ names, write the abstract and key words
as shown in this document.
Section headings must be in 12 pt Times New Roman Bold, capitalized. You must single
space submitted papers and skip one line between paragraphs. All paragraphs must be both
left-justified and right-justified. Use single line spacing and 12 pt times New Roman,
Normal in the main body of the text.
Equations must be centered and the equation numbers justified to the right, as shown here:

Figures must be given as shown in the following example. MS Vision program or JPG
TIFF format are recommended. Figures must be located completely inside the paper
margins. Check that the resolution is adequate, min. 300 dpi. The figure title must be typed
below the figure, and a source citation must be included.

References should appear at the end of the paper as in this example:

References should include the author’s last name and the year of publication, for example
(Petrović, 2010).
