Social safety net to help prevent the secondary problems that can occur
Sobriety – avoid alcohol, tobacco and other drugs and people who drink or use
ABC rules
Ask for help (from someone you can trust)
Be respectful (to everyone, especially your family)
Communicate your needs (before you make decisions)
