Fallacies in logic are often used in advertising to make a highlighted product seem better than others. However, fallacies indicate falsehood. The arguments and images in the ads don’t really add up when you examine them closely. Advertisers use these techniques to try and “trick” you into buying their products. Guiding Questions: 1.
