Summary Notes:
Biography of Adolf Hitler

Background information.

Holocaust of Hitler.

Hitler wrote the book “Mein Kampf”
Focus: Mein Kampf
Hitler joined the National Socialist German Workers Party known as the Nazis in 1920.
They suggested combining the world to a unified country. In order to do so, Hitler launched
the Holocaust and killed countless Jewish people by setting up the anti-race organization. He
also established the concentration camps and used poisonous gas to kill Jewish. The reason
he gave is that the Jewish are “Non-person”. He became a dictator.
According to Hitler’s book Mein Kampf, which he wrote in jail after caught during the
putsch with 2000 people, he convinced people to follow him to overthrow the government. It
was partly an autobiographical book although filled with glorified inaccuracies, self-serving
half-truths and outright revisionism.

III. Evaluation:
The second paragraph of the article states “Adolf Hitler, murderer of millions, master of
destruction and organized insanity, did not come into the world as a monster.” “Murderer of
millions” reveals that Hitler acts like a barbarian which is cruel and inhuman because he
murdered about millions of Jewish people. Also, to emphasis, it is extremely ironic to say that to
murder such amount of people is not a monster. They are reasonable because Hitler caused
international problems by founding the Nazi Party, establishing the concentration camps and
invading other countries. In our own opinion, however, Hitler also contributed to society, such as
the contribution in helping Germany to recover from the Great Depression. In addition, he also
gave power to the farmers to increase productivity and had giving more people jobs. Therefore,
the article gives us a barbaric Hitler based on bias.
