Introduction
Fraction is the mathematical term we use to describe “a part of”
something, whether it be “part of a whole” or “part of a group.” This area of
mathematics has often caused problems for both teachers and students alike;
this concern however, is unnecessary if the correct grounding is given and
basic concepts are understood.
These blackline masters provide an introduction to fractions, following
through from a simple introduction to more complex fraction work.
