Standard Form
Move the decimal point the
same number of spaces as
the exponent.
Positive exponents = big numbers, so
move the decimal point to the RIGHT.
Negative Exponents = small numbers
so move the decimal point to LEFT
Fill in any empty spaces with
zeros and rewrite the number.
