Homeschool Program.
I understand that enrollment may be ter mi nated or student records withheld at any time at the discretion of
A Beka Academy, Inc., because of noncompliance with guidelines or failure to keep
my account current. A Beka Academy, Inc., reserves the right to deny enrollment
to any student who does not meet admission requirements. A Beka Academy is
not available to residents of Pensacola, FL, and the immediate surrounding area. I
understand that A Beka Academy, Inc., does not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, or national origin. I understand it is my responsibility to meet all applicable
local and state homeschool requirements and I acknowledge my responsibility
to select the course of study (K–12) needed to meet any applicable homeschool
graduation requirements in my state. It is my responsibility to contact my local
school district to determine if there are any additional requirements in my state
for children who are homeschooling. I understand that accreditation is a voluntary
process which verifies that A Beka Academy meets reliable education standards.
However, it does not guarantee the acceptance of credits since each institution or
state creates its own policies of credit transfer. Some schools may require additional
validation of academic achievement. (I confirm that I understand and am responsible for complying with the contents of the A Beka Academy, Inc., Homeschool
Enrollment and Academic Terms and Conditions and specifically the policies
regarding academics, cancellations, and late DVDs.) I understand that the instructional videos remain the unconditional property of A Beka Academy, Inc., and that
A Beka Academy shall retain all right, title, and interest, including without limitation
all intellectual property rights, in and to the videos. I shall not copy, modify, license,
reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the videos. I understand that the
materials on the videos are only for the use of the above-identified student during
the term that the student is enrolled and only for purposes associated with the A
Beka Academy course of study, and such materials may not be retained or further
disseminated in any format. Other than the limited right to use the videos for the
express purposes herein, no rights of any nature, express or implied, are granted
in the videos or their content. I agree not to sell, lend, or duplicate the video
content or allow another child to view any portion of the videos on a regular basis
and I agree that the right to use this program is not transferable. I understand
that DVDs must be returned to A Beka Academy, Inc., and if all DVDs are not
returned before my assigned end date, I will be charged a $400 late DVD return
fee. Delinquent accounts will not be eligible for the payment plan option on
future enrollments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Books are the
unconditional property of the user and cannot be returned for credit. If return is
made, credit will not be issued, nor return made to sender. A Beka Academy, Inc.,
is not liable for damage to a customer’s equipment. This agreement is governed
by the laws of Florida. This agreement does not become effective until accepted
by an authorized representative of A Beka Academy, Inc.

Terms and Conditions
A Beka Academy (ABA) Information
Same Grade A discounted rate is available for those enrolling two or more children grades 1–12 within the same immediate family (same
legal guardian) simultaneously into the same grade and courses. The first student will enroll at full price. The second student will pay the
reduced same grade price and share the videos with the first student. Same grade rate cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Subject Combination grades 1–6 option available only via streaming with the Independent Study Program that allows the student to
view just the Language Arts and Bible courses or the Arithmetic, Science, History, and Bible courses.
Homeschool Requirements Contact your local school district or homeschool authority to ensure compliance with academic standards,
health/immunization records, and attendance requirements.
ENROLLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms
• All orders are subject to approval of the ABA Office.
• Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
• All payments are considered past due if not received by
the due date. A $20 late fee will be issued and streaming services and DVD shipments will be stopped. Student
work for the Accredited Program will not be evaluated
until the past-due amount and fees are resolved.
• Late payments and late DVD returns may prevent the use
of the payment plan for future enrollments.
• Statements may be viewed online. Paper copies are available upon request. Select the paper copy option on the
enrollment application to request statements by mail.
• All enrollments are subject to current local taxes based on each
state’s laws.
Begin Date
• Preferred begin date to start your school year is chosen by
the parent (subject to office approval). Application should
be submitted at least 3 weeks before your desired begin
date to ensure materials are received. If a student is unable
to begin by the assigned begin date, contact the ABA
Office within 30 days of the originally assigned begin date
to have a new begin date assigned.
•Begin dates may not be changed once the student has
begun using the program. Begin date changes will not
change the due date of the first payment.
• The end date is 12 months from the assigned begin date.
Payment
• Payment is due with enrollment application.
Shipping
•Standard service for all materials shipped within the
United States, its protectorates, and Canada are sent by
ABA’s preferred carrier at no cost. Shipments to APOFPO addresses are sent airmail at no cost.
•If International shipping is required, please fill out the
International Application.
DVDs
• A full year enrollment consists of 3 sets of DVDs sent over
the course of your school year. (You will receive a welcome
letter containing the DVD shipment schedule once you are
enrolled.) Set 1 must be returned after viewing before Set
3 will be released.
Enroll by phone
• All DVDs must be returned by the customer’s assigned end
date. Failure to return DVDs by the end date will result in
a $400 Late Return Fee, and the customer may not be eligible to use the Payment Plan for future enrollments.
Extensions
•For your convenience, if DVDs are not returned by end
date we will add a one month extension. Extensions can
be given for up to 6 months. The charges below will be
added to your account and shown on your monthly statement.

•Work received more than six months following the
assigned end date will not be evaluated.
DVD Returns
•DVDs are the unconditional property of ABA and must
be returned. DVDs may be returned using our pre-paid
return service labels that are available online. If you do
not have Internet access, contact the ABA Office for assistance in returning DVDs. Cost of returning DVDs by any
other method is the customer’s responsibility. ABA is not
responsible for any loss or damages incurred in return
shipments when using any other method than the ABA
pre-paid return labels. Packages returned C.O.D. will be
returned to sender.
Cancellations
•If you must cancel the program, please contact the
ABA Office immediately. You are responsible for all program charges and monthly fees until you receive a cancellation confirmation number.
Within 30 days
• There is a 30 day money-back guarantee on all enrollments
from the assigned begin date. If you are not completely
satisfied, return all materials. ABA will not issue credit for
partial returns and will not return materials to you.
• If all materials are received in new, unused condition, a full
refund (less shipping) will be issued.
• If any materials are marked or damaged, a full refund will
be issued less a $60 Processing Fee and shipping.

Between 30 and 90 days
•For cancellations after 30 days from assigned begin date,
ABA will issue a full refund less book kit value, prorated tuition, tax, and shipping upon receipt of all outstanding DVDs
or termination of video streaming.
• Books are the unconditional property of the user and cannot
be returned for credit.
• Tuition will be prorated for the time enrolled up to 90 days.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after 90 days.
All DVDs must be returned within 30 days from receiving a cancellation confirmation.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for customers within
the contiguous United States to return books. Those outside
of this area must return materials via a trackable method at the
customer’s expense. See DVD return section for DVD return
instructions.
Switching/Adding
• The following applies to switching and adding courses for
both Accredited and Independent Study programs:
uA $50 fee plus applicable materials deposit will be assessed
to switch or add courses within 31-60 days of the assigned
begin date.
uSwitching/Adding courses is not available after 60 days from
the assigned begin date.
•Materials deposit will be forfeited if materials are not
returned within 30 days after requesting a switch.
• Media switches as well as switching to the Accredited Program will be charged a $25 switch fee.

on this materials list.
If you’re purchasing books from A Beka Academy
You’ll receive everything you need.
This includes

• Necessary textbook answer keys
• Quiz/Test books and keys
• Video Manuals
• Progress Reports for record keeping (available online)
If you’re purchasing books separately
You’ll receive the materials listed above except for the student textbooks and textbook answer keys.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To make sure the textbooks you already have are the correct
editions, match the first five or six digits of the number under the textbook’s barcode
with the code numbers in this materials list.
To make sure the textbooks or workbooks you order from A Beka Book are the
correct editions, use the code numbers shown in this materials list when you order.
Same Grade Enrollment: Enrolling two or more children in the immediate family simultaneously
in the same grade is considered a same grade enrollment. With a same grade enrollment, you will
receive only the materials you need instead of receiving duplicate answer keys, teacher editions, etc.
