Lissa Sum
"What Matters Is the Right Tweak!"
Lissa Sum is the Manager of Training and Education at Across. She started
working regularly with the translation management system even while studying
translation sciences at the University of Heidelberg. Immediately after obtaining
her Master's degree, she joined Across, initially in the Support department.
Later on, she also took on premium support and consulting duties. Thus, Lissa
Sum is familiar with typical user issues from various perspectives. Since June
2012, she has mainly focused on the preparation and performance of training
sessions, in which she shares her experience with Across customers.
