We are now offering an online service which enables patients to:
*Access appointment booking/cancellations during and after
surgery opening hours.
*Request repeat medication
*Receive reminder and confirmation messages sent by SMS (text) and e-mail
PLEASE NOTE:
PLEASE BE AWARE ALL CONFIRMATION AND CORRESPONDENCE MESSAGES WILL
BE SENT TO THE GIVEN E-MAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
THIS WILL BE ACCESSABLE TO ANYONE USING THE GIVEN E-MAIL AND TELEPHONE
NUMBERS eg: any family members who share the same e-mail and mobile numbers.
A separate form is necessary for each family member who wishes to use this service.
You will be responsible for your own password so please keep it safe.
Any patients who are found to be misusing this service will have their account blocked.
