Refers to priority commitment of the branch/agency under the UNCAC during the present administration period

3 Description of the gaps and challenges identified in relevant articles of the UNCAC, which concern the branch/agency (as contained in the Country Review Report)
4 Description of the identified response/s of the concerned branch/agency to address the gaps/challenges: for the legislature- legislative measures; executive – administrative policy, structural mechanism, program or system; and judiciary – judicial measures
5 Corresponding to each of the identified gaps/challenges and strategic response/s, determine the stakeholders: Primary Stakeholders refers to individuals and organizations that will experience/benefit the changes in the state or condition at the impact level of the
strategic measure; Key Stakeholders refers to individuals and organizations government, private or civil society that will take the lead in implementing the strategic responses and all related implementing activities to bring about changes/conditions at the immediate
and intermediate outcome levels; and Secondary Stakeholders refer to winners and losers, to include individuals, organizations of government, private sector, civil; society and development partners referring to those with rights, interests, resources, skills and
abilities to take part or influence the course of the strategic measures. Institutional Arrangementsrefer to branch/agency mechanisms or inter-branch/agency mechanisms to be adopted to forge cooperation and support from among the stakeholders in ensuring the
success of the strategic measure/s
6 Refers to the progressive steps to be undertaken by the branch/agency to push for the strategic measure/s and ensure government compliance with the concerned UNCAC provision/s to cover the following: Activities– step by step actions order of activities to
develop and/or implement the strategic measure/s; Responsible Office/Staff – the one in charge of specific activity/action/step; and Duration the period of time within which the activities will be undertaken specifying the start date and finish date.
