Each group will have 15 minutes to present an oral presentation. The grade is determined based on creativity, quality, efficiency, participation in group work, and participation in the presentation. Pre-Class Assignments (5 points each for Classes #1, #2, #3; 15 points total) There will be Pre-Class Assignments posted on the Angel NURS 197 classroom in the Assignment folder for the specific NURS 197 class. These assignments will help you explore the assigned readings prior to class so that you can fully participate in the in-class critical thinking activities. In-Class Critical Thinking Activities (5 points per class; 20 points total) There will be in-class critical thinking activities each class. A student who is absent from class will receive 0 points for in-class activities irrespective of whether the absence is excused or unexcused.
