Counselor Assignments – 2015/2016
*Please put all Student Retention Alerts (formerly known as Referrals) in Kristi Rohde’s mailbox or
email the completed form to Kristi.Rohde@witc.edu. She will pass them on to the appropriate counselor.
Counselors have been assigned to various programs/plans and general studies instructors to help divide up the
work load. However, all counselors can assist with services needed for any program/plan or general studies
instructor. Due to counselor schedules and responsibilities, it is necessary that all counselors work with all
programs. The counselor assignments below are for Student Retention Alerts.
*All Student Retention Alerts will be assigned to the program counselor.
**EXCEPTION — if the student is “unassigned”, the Student Retention Alert will be assigned to
the counselor listed by the general education instructor below.
*Any instructor whose name is not on here can send Student Retention Alerts to Kristi Rohde
*All part-time instructor Student Retention Alerts will be divided between the counselors.
