: Agricultural University of Athens, Department of Food Science and
Technology, Laboratory of Dairy Research, Group of Dairy Microbiology. During this
employment I am occupied in E.U. financed programs, related with isolation, identification,
study of physicochemical and technological characteristics and preservation of dairy cultures.
