Dear Parents:
Christmas is a time of rejoicing. It is a time when we celebrate the Birth of Christ! Both the Primary and
Intermediate students will present “The Great Christmas Caper”.
Due to the small size of our gym and Fire Marshall restrictions, we will be holding two evening performances.
One performance will be on Tuesday, December 18th at 7:00 pm and the second performance will be on
Wednesday, December 19th at 7:00 pm. To view your child’s performance you will require a free ticket to
the concert, however, we encourage families to bring a monetary donation to help offset the cost of the
production. The suggested donation is $2.00, but any amount would be greatly appreciated. Please include the
donation with your ticket requests. Thank you to those families who have already sent in their donations.
Space will be restricted to a maximum of four tickets per family. For example, you can choose 2 tickets for
Tuesday night’s performance and 2 tickets for Wednesday night’s performance, or 4 tickets for either Tuesday
night or Wednesday night. You cannot choose 4 tickets for Tuesday night and 4 tickets for Wednesday night.
As long as the total number of tickets does not exceed more than 4 per family, you can choose whatever
combination works best for you and your family. Please note tickets are issued on a first come basis and only
300 tickets are available per performance.
To request tickets, please fill in the order form below and return no later than Wednesday, December 5th.
Forms handed in passed the due date will be accepted, however, tickets will be issued only on an availability
basis. The tickets will be sent home with your children on Friday, December 7th.



Maximum tickets per family, total tickets not to exceed 4. For example, you could choose two tickets for the
Tuesday performance and two tickets for the Wednesday performance or four tickets for only one of the
performances. You cannot choose 4 tickets for Tuesday and 4 tickets for Wednesday or any other combination
that exceeds a total of 4 tickets. TOTAL OF 4 TICKETS PER FAMILY ONLY.
There is also an afternoon performance on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 1:30pm (doors open at 1:00pm). No
tickets are needed for this performance.
