Chapter 45: Paradise Lost
*Disney Castle: Gummi Hangar
*Everyone but Riku exits from the ship in a rush.*
James: “Been a while since I’ve been here.”
*A royal colored Gummi Ship pulls into the hangar. King Mickey, Prince Bo, and the Rainbow
Girls leapt out of the Cockpit once it opened. King Mickey was wearing his KH2 outfit.*
Donald/Goofy: “Your Majesty!”
Mickey: “I got the transmission and came here as soon as I could.”
Sora: “Glad you can make it.”
Hamtaro: “Bo! You made it too!”
Bo: “You bet!”
Stan: “Hello lovely-“
James: “Ahem.”
Stan: “Never mind.”
Ivy: “Great to see you guys too!”
Rosy: “Yeah!”
Daisy: “Mm-hm!”
*Chip and Dale ran into the room and slid down the side of the stairways.*
Chip: “Your Majesty!”
Dale: “You’ve returned!”
Mickey: “Chip, Dale! What’s the matter?”
Chip: “Queen Minnie needs to see all of you!”
Dale: “There are black things swarming inside the castle!”
James: “Heartless!”
Mickey: “But that’s impossible! This castle was always protected by the Cornerstone of Light!”
Sora: “The what?”
James: “The Cornerstone of Light is a special sphere that protects this world from darkness. It’s
because of this Riku can’t enter the world.”
Mickey: “Riku? Wait a minute- You found him!?”
Sora: “It was at Olympus Coliseum. I somehow managed to sense Riku from Ansem’s body.”
Mickey: “Well, that’s one worry off my back. I made a promise to Riku that I won’t ever tell you
of what he did while he was in the Darkness.”
Sora: “I’m just glad he’s okay!”
Chip: “Uh, hello!”
Dale: “Queen Minnie needs to ell you something!”
James: “Sorry about that! Be right there!”
*Everyone advanced through the door but Chip, Dale, And Mickey.*
Mickey: “Listen boys, I need you two to do something.”
Dale: “What is it?”
*Mickey whispers to the boys his plan*
Chip/Dale: “You can count on us!” *Salutes*
Mickey: “Thank you boys.”
*As Mickey ran up to catch up to the group, Chip and Dale got their tools, and began to do
something strange to Gummi Cruiser.*
*The Garden*
*Sora opens big grass doors to see the interior of the castle. Everyone steps onto the grass.*
Mickey: “Ah, home sweet home.”
*Just then Minute Bomb Heartless appeared.*
Mickey: “Whoa!”
*The Group except for King Mickey’s group got out their weapons.*
James: “Don’t worry your majesty! We’re take care of them!”
Mickey: “I won’t stand down! This is my home too, and I won’t let be brought down to
darkness!”
*King Mickey summons his Keyblade and charges towards the Heartless.*
*Objective: Reach the Library while eliminating Heartless!*
*The Keyblade and Sword groups slashed their way through the Heartless until they reached the
door to the Hallway.*
Mickey: “Just a sec, guys.”
Okini: “What’s wrong your majesty?”
*Mickey gives Stan the Dream Shield, Okini the Grand Mallet, and Sky-ham the Keyblade:
Hero’s Crest.*
Mickey: “These weapons will help your friends.”
Sky-ham: “Isn’t this a Keyblade?”
James: “That’s the Hero’s Crest Keyblade!”
Sky-ham: “Wow...”
Pashmina: “It suits you!”
Sky-ham: “Uh,” *Blushes* “thanks!”
James: “Well, let’s move on!”
*Sky-ham hacks through several Shadows while Okini casts a Magnet spell. Stan runs up ahead
bashes a Shadow towards James, who slashed it.*
Mickey: “The Library is just down there!”
*The Library*
*Pamela and Minnie just seen the whole group ran in closed the door behind them.*
James: “Geez, those guys don’t know when to quit!”
Holly: “Well, at least we made it to the Library in one piece!”
*The next thing the whole group new, James was being hugged by his mother.*
Pamela: “You’re okay...Thank goodness you are all okay...”
James: “Mom...”
*Later*
Minnie: “Mickey, you’ve returned! You too, Donald and Goofy!”
Donald: *Salutes* “Sorry for taking so long!”
Goofy: “We heard from James and Andre that this castle is having some sort of temperature
problem.”
James: *Nudge* “That’s TEMPORAL, Goofy. A time distortion.”
Goofy: “Oh, right! Temporal problems! Sorry...”
Pamela: “Wait a second, who are these people that are with you?”
James: “This our group, the Ham-hams! And Sora here is with us.”
Mickey: “Sora is the Hero of the Keyblade that saved the worlds one year ago.”
Minnie: “I’ve heard of him in your letters, King Mickey!”
Pamela: “I’ve also heard that James was still alive, but his father turned into a Heartless.”
James: “That’s true!”
Minnie: “Listen. There’s a problem that’s occuring at the Hall of the Cornerstone. Thorns were
seen growing there...”
James: “Thorns...”*!* “Maleficent! She’s behind what’s going on here!”
Mickey: “How can you tell?”
James: “I’ve hung with Terra long enough to see the thorns be created by the crafty witch. I
know it’s her. She’s also the one who’s responsible for setting Pete free!”
Mickey: “I know about Pete already. We must solve this problem right away!”
James: “Let’s head to the Audience Chamber! I bet the way to the Cornerstone’s there!”
Minnie: *Startled gasp.*
*Everyone turned to see Queen Minnie*
Minnie: “I forgot to warn everyone else in the castle about the danger! We must be sure they’re
hidden somewhere safe!”
James: “In that case, we’ll go warn the others!”
Donald: “The whole castle?”
James: “I made a a whole map of the castle. But I only brung maps enough with me to give to
only some of you. You guys are going to have to break into groups.”
Mickey: “Don’t worry about Donald and Goofy. They’ve been here long enough to memorize
the whole castle!”
Sora: “What about me?”
James: “Some of us are going to have to stay here and escort her majesty to the audience
chamber!”
Penelope: “I’ll stay!”
Pashmina: “Penelope!?”
Penelope: “I’m not entirely good with directions yet, so I’d be lost in the castle easy! You said
that yourself, remember?”
Pashmina: *Sweatdrop* “Oh...right.”
Mickey: “Sora, you and I will stay too.”
Sora: “Okay!”
James: “I guess I’ll stay.”
Hamtaro: “We’ll be back soon! Between all of us, we’ll be done in no time flat!
*Everyone but Mickey, Sora, James, Penelope, and Pamela ran out the door.*
Minnie: “So, everyone, are you ready?”
*The Hallway*
*James plows through several Heartless with Warpinator. Penelope used Thunder raid and
destroyed several Shadow and Minute Bombs. Sora, Mickey, and Minnie used Holy Light: A
Reaction move designed to send Heartless flying backwards, dealing damage. King Mickey and
Minnie followed it up with Pearl: A Magical homing light ball. They just reached the Audience
Chamber when a Bolt Tower Heartless appeared. James delivered a combo and finished the area
with Holy Light.*
*Mickey raised his hand to unseal the door.*
Minnie: “When the trouble began, I made sure to seal this door.”
Mickey: “The door’s unsealed. Everyone ready?”
*Audience Chamber.*
*The Group walked in when a roomful of Bolt Towers descended upon the group.*
Minnie: *Gasps* “Not here too!”
James: “We got it-“
Pamela: “Allow me.”
*Pamela’s Frostbite shield began to glow. She then used Blizzaja beam: A massive Ice beam like
attack that obliterates weak enemies, and Makes sure that enemies are frozen solid, even ice
immune enemies! The Bolt towers crashed to the ground and released hearts. The rest of the
group gawked in a surprised face to see the room instantly cleared.*
Penelope: “Yikes. Wouldn’t want to mess with her.”
James: “She’s my mom. She threatens us with that move.”
Pamela: “Aren’t we moving?”
*Everyone proceeded to the throne. While Minnie and Mickey try to find a switch to the Hall of
the Cornerstone, the rest turns around to see more Bolt towers.*
Sora: “Come on, give me a break!”
*Minnie just found and pressed the switch. The Throne moves and then a bright light came from
a hidden passageway, making be engulfed and disappeared by the light. Everyone was blinded
until they see the whole room cleared of Heartless.*
Sora: “Whoa!”
James: “Yeesh. That’s the Cornerstone of Light for ya.”
Mickey: “The room we’re about to enter is the Hall of the Cornerstone. Our Castle was always
safe from all darkness and evil worlds, because of the Cornerstone of Light.”
Penelope: “Isn’t that the item you were talking about before?”
James: “Yep.”
*Everyone else that wasn’t in the escort mission just caught up with everyone.*
Dexter: “We just warning the castle when we saw that light!”
Pashmina: “What happened?”
James: “Follow us!”
*Everyone went to the Hall of the Cornerstone*
*Hall of the Cornerstone*
*The group entered the thorn filled room, with a shining sphere in the middle of it.*
James: “Yeesh. Maleficent’s work alright.”
Minnie: “You knew about Maleficent’s relation to this?”
James: “Your majesty, Andre and I can sense time disruptions, and this is ultimately
Maleficent’s work.”
???: “Right you are, you miscreational little rodent.”
*An illusion of Maleficent appeared in front of the group.*
The Group: *!*
Donald/Penelope: “Maleficent!”
James: “And there she is.”
Maleficent: “Well, well, well. What have we here... If it isn’t the Keyblade holders, the King and
queen of this castle, a little family, and a bunch of pitiful lackeys.”
Bo: “I’ll show you who’s pitiful!”
*Prince Bo Launched a rainbow ring from his Umbrella that surrounded Maleficent. But at a
flick of her hand, the rainbow was knocked back at the umbrella, causing the umbrella to be
knocked out of Bo’s hands. When it landed, the umbrella’s colours turned grey.*
Bo: “Ah! The Umbrella!”
James: *Picked it up* “It’s grey...It’s broken!”
*The Group gave shocked gasps as Maleficent cackled loudly.*
Maleficent: “Your magic can’t even compare to my power, boy!”
Bo: “I’ll show you!!”
*Bo tried to aerial tackle Maleficent, but his wings gave out and he crashed a short distance away
from Maleficent.*
Maleficent: “Is that all that you can muster up?”
*In a forceful blow, Bo was sent flying towards the group and crashed near his Umbrella.*
Mickey/Hamtaro: “Bo!”
Rosy: “We’ll show you what happens when you mess with his majesty!”
*The Rainbow girls tried to tackle Maleficent from the air, but their wings faded away, causing
them to crash near Maleficent, who forced them away with her Magic.*
Maleficent: “Is that all you can muster up? You’re a pathetic ruler of your land. If I was the ruler,
you would bow down to my iron-fisted rule.”
Bo: “I...I will...never give up!” *Grabs Umbrella and charges towards Maleficent* “HAH!!!!”
Andre: “Your majesty! Don’t do it!”
*Maleficent once agin forced Prince Bo away.*
James: “Bo...”
*Bo tried to stand up, but then collapsed.*
Andre: “Your majesty!”
Maleficent: “Hmph. Such a stupid fool, thinking he can take me on.”
Andre: *Draws Amitie* “Leave his majesty alone!”
*Andre tried to attack Maleficent, but passed through the illusion.*
Hamtaro: “Huh!? It’s a fake!”
Maleficent: “I understand you are upset. But all in good time, I promise you’ll be able to partake
of my vengence. But you must be patient.”
Minnie: “Just what are you doing here, Maleficent!?”
Maleficent: “Ah, Queen Minnie. Radiant, as always. And hello to you too, Pamela.”
Pamela: “Hmph.”
Maleficent: “I see you haven’t changed: Rough when you needed to. Pity about your husband,
though. He’d be the only to match my power. And now he’s gone, as well as any other hope to
defeat me. If I may continue, I’m here on a property venture I want this castle for my own.
However, it’s a bit too ‘bright’ for what I have in mind. I suppose I’ll just have to fill every room
with my personal touch of darkness.”
*Maleficent tried to touch the Cornerstone, but it reflected light to force her back.*
Mickey: “You better stop right now if you know what’s good for you!”
Maleficent: “Ooh, how frightening. Very well I’ll stop...Just as soon as this castle belongs to
me!”
*The illusion disappears as it leaves with a howling laughter.*
Hamtaro: “Now I know why you hate her so much, James.”
James: “Andre, why did you refer to Bo as his majesty?”
Andre: “If you must...I’m his knight.”
James: “His KNIGHT!?”
Andre: “I’m of the Royal Knights of Color The Orange Knight.”
James: “The Orange Knight...”
Mickey: “Of course! Now I remember!”
*Flashback: Around the time Hamtaro and his friends left Rainbow land After the Ham-han
games.*
*Bo just entered his castle when he met with a mouse in a black hood.*
Bo: “Who are you?”
Mickey: “I am King Mickey of Disney Castle. I am here to seek the ruler of this place.”
Bo: “Well, you’re speaking to him. I’m King Bo. I became ruler of Rainbow Land thanks to my
friends’s help.”
Mickey: “You’re awfully young to be a ruler.”
Bo: “That’s because I just became a ruler as of almost three months”
Mickey: “You just became a ruler?”
Bo: “Yes.”
Mickey: “I understand. I apologize for the way I dress. I’m currently on a mission of great
importance, and I was hoping the original ruler was still here. But I see now I just gone to
desperate measures to seek help.”
Bo: “Don’t despair, your majesty! I may of just became a king, but I am willing to help anyway I
can!”
Mickey: “Good! I was kinda worried that I wasn’t going to get much help.”
Bo: “How can I help you?”
Mickey: “I want one of your men to seek this boy.”
*Mickey presented a picture of James.*
Bo: “Who’s this person?”
Mickey: “He’s James. A boy that originated from the world called The Clubhouse.”
Bo: “That’s odd. My friends, the Ham-hams, came from there as well.”
Mickey: “Do you think you can send your men to find him?”
Bo: “I can only send 1 of my knights, but he’s one of my most trusted Knights. Ivy!”
*Ivy just entered the room.*
Ivy: “Yes, your majesty?”
Bo: “I want you to fetch Andre!”
Ivy: “Yes, your majesty!”
*Ivy just exited the room, when she just reentered it with Andre.*
Ivy: “He ‘s already here, my king!”
Andre: *Bows.* “Your majesty.”
Bo: “Andre, I have mission for you.”
Andre: “Yes?”
Bo: *Hands Andre the picture of James.* “I want you to find this boy. If you can, stick to him.”
Andre: “Yes, your majesty.” *?* “Your majesty, who’s this person next to you?”
Bo: “He’s another King from a different Castle. He’s the one who asked me to assign your
mission.”
Andre: “So, who is this King I’m speaking to?”
Mickey: “I am King Mickey of Disney Castle.”
Andre: “My Apologies. I won’t let you down.”
*End of Flashback.*
James: “So you’re a King’s Knight, and you never even told me or Beasty?”
Andre: “It was to make sure that the mission doesn’t get complicated. Beasty knows about my
Knight status.”
Beast-ham: “To tell you the truth, I received a letter from Andre the day he became a Knight. He
told me not to tell ANYONE about this. Not even my superiors.”
James: “I suppose you got something to hide too, huh Beasty?”
Beast-ham: “I won’t deny the information to you. I’m from The Heroic Ham-ham Team. Before
I met you on Olympus, I barely succeeded on my Mission to eliminate my brother. I thought I
died, but then you helped me recover, didn’t you?”
James: “You succeeded. War-ham was defeated, but he was in the Underworld, where the bad
people go when they die.”
Beast-ham: “So he IS dead, he was just working for Hades.”
James: “Something like that.”
Beast-ham: “Well, The team knows that I’m still alive, so I was assigned a new mission, by an
unknown resource, to defend you.”
James: “Strange...If King Mickey was the one that assigned Andre to find and stick with me...Do
you think that maybe he was also the one that assigned you for this mission?
Beast-ham: “You know what...I think you may be right.”
Mickey: “It was me that gave the mission to you. I knew about your abilities to change into a
wolf, so I specifically asked for you. And I also knew you were friends with Andre, so it
wouldn’t complicate the mission.”
Andre: “To think, a King of this Castle bounded us for this mission...”
Beast-ham: “I suppose we’re still on for this mission?”
Mickey: “You became James’s friends, so I think it didn’t get any more complicated than this.”
Hamtaro: “I hate to interrupt, but aren’t we helping King Bo?”
Sora: “What happened to Prince Bo?”
Hamtaro: “I remembered now that he was a king, NOT a prince.”
*Pashmina and Flora were trying to get Bo and the Rainbow girls up.*
Pashmina: “Hamtaro. Bo’s hurt really badly from Maleficent, and the Umbrella’s broken.”
Sora: “So? All he needs is a new one.”
Bo: “That’s...not that simple, Sora. The Umbrella was created by the first ruler of Rainbow Land.
It is considered a Royal treasure, passed to each new ruler, from generation to generation. Now
that umbrella’s broken, I don’t know what to do anymore...”
James: “Pashmina, remembered what you told me? You had to find colors to repair Bo’s
umbrella. Maybe we can do that!”
Pashmina: “That could work!”
Bo: “With it restored, I can fight again!”
James: “But, remember what Maleficent said: Your magic can’t compare to hers. She’s a very
powerful sorceress, while you’re a powerful King. You can’t compare to her power, unless you
can muster up more power!”
Bo: “I won’t give up! We won’t know until we try!”
*Bo’s umbrella began to glow.*
James: “Hey! Your umbrella!”
*James’s Keyblade appeared and gathered stars, then shot a spray of stars the merged with Bo’s
umbrella. The colors returned, and then it shot a rainbow that shape into a Keyblade.*
James: “A Keyblade!?”
*The Umbrella landed, fully repaired, and the Keyblade-Shaped Rainbow filled in to become the
Rainbow Cloud Keyblade.*
*Bo Picks up the Keyblade and Umbrella.*
James: “Rainbow Cloud!”
Shiron: “Rainbow Cloud? What’s that?”
James: “The Keyblade’s name!”
*Bo looked curiously at it, then swung the Keyblade amd placed it on his back, like a
swordsman.*
Bo: “I’ve studied a little bit on swordplay, so I know what I’m doing.”
Minnie: “Thank goodness you all are alright, but...what about the thorns? Nothing like this has
ever happened before. I looked through the records in the library, but I couldn’t find a single
clue.”
James: “Remember what I said? It’s a TIME problem. Maybe we need to go back in time to
figure out the situation?”
Mickey: “That’s it! I’ve got it!”
James: “What’s up your majesty?”
Mickey: “James, could you and Andre create a doorway to a place call Timeless River?”
James: “Sure, but- OH!! Now I get it! Andre! Let’s do it!”
Andre: “Are you sure it’s the only way? We could always get Merlin.”
James: “We won’t know until we try!”
*James and Andre stood side by side, then they created a small orb in their hands, then launched
it create a silver shimmering door, identical to the one from the previous chapter.*
James: “Done and done.”
Lazuli: “I never knew you two can do magic like that!”
Lapis: “Amazing!”
James: *Ahem.* “Listen closely guys. This door leads to the World of the Past called Timeless
River.”
Andre: “This world takes place before Disney Castle ever existed. In other words, it’s a portal to
the past.”
James: “But seriously, listen closely. It’s vital that you don’t do ANYTHING that might affect
the future altogether. We’re only allowing Sora, Donald, Goofy, Andre, and 6 other Ham-hams.
We can’t afford to create any confusion!”
Penelope: “Why just 10 of us? It’ll be easier for us to find whoever it is if we all go!”
James: “We can’t afford to bring unnecessary attention to ourselves than we have to! Otherwise,
whoever it was that’s trying to change the past will know we’re after them!”
Andre: “Also, it’s vital to prevent any Mayhem that’s taking place, otherwise it would also
change the future.”
Mickey: “Can I interrupt? If I know any better, that’s the time I tried to take Minnie on Pete’s
steamboat, Willie! I used to work as a boatboy for Pete before I became King.”
James: “Ah, humble beginnings.*
Andre: “Anyway, if his Majesty in the Past encounters any problems, help him out! But he Can’t
speak, so try to figure out what is he trying to tell you.”
James: “Finally, Once you confront whoever it was that’s trying to change the past, if they try to
escape by the door that’s identical to this one, then lock it with your Keyblade!”
Andre: “That’s the rules, alright?”
Sora: “Okay, so who’s coming with us?”
Penelope: “I’ll go!”
Pashmina: “Penelope...”
Penelope: “Cappy’s gonna be with me, and I know we’re gonna be alright as long as we follow
Andre’s orders!”
Maxwell: “I always wanted to travel into the past, but never really got a chance to.”
Sandy: “Me too!”
Hamtaro: “Bijou, want to come with me?”
Bijou: *Blushes* “Um, sure I will go with you!”
*Sora opened the door, and the other members followed him inside the door.*
James: “Good luck you guys...and be careful.”
