The Dolphin Hotel, Whitehalls, Swansea, West Glamorgan, SA1 3AB, Tel: 01792 650011 The trip has two components, a structural part based in Saundersfoot (West Wales), and a sedimentological part based in Swansea (South Wales). The bus departs the RSM on Friday 13 March (about 6 hours journey). Sat 14. Working on beach at Saundersfoot, 1140-1800 Sun 15. Working on beach at Broad Haven, 1130-1820, Mon 16. Working on beach at Broad Haven, 1150-1820 Tues 17. The coach from Broadhaven to Swansea. The party will arrive at 3 Cliffs Bay on the Gower at about 1100 am and will work till around 5 pm. Then go to the Dolphin Hotel in Swansea. Weds 18. Working in a quarry in the Brecon Beacons. Thurs 19th. Leave the hotel after breakfast and go to the coast near Bridgend for a 3-4 hour field assessment. Party will depart at 2 pm arriving back in London approx 7 pm. Kit List Approx.
