The event to be funded must be sponsored and organized by at least 2 student-run pharmacy student organizations of different RCOs. The event must be advertised as a joint collaborative effort by the RCO’s. RCO-ASSP joint events that are budgeted in separately will NOT eligible for Collaborative Funding. 2. The event coordinators must submit a detailed account of how the money will be used. This includes specifying all items to be purchased. All receipts should be saved as proof of purchase. 3. Request for funding is for an event held during week 4 of the Spring Quarter to week 3 of the Fall Quarter. 4. Fill out ASSP Request for Collaborative Funding application and turn in an electronic copy to the ASSP Treasurer. The deadline for submitting the application is by 5 pm on the third Friday of the Spring Quarter. 5. All collaborative funding requests are based on the availability of funding for each academic quarter. 6. The maximum request for funding is $100.00 per collaborative project per academic quarter. 7. Once an application has been submitted, no revisions or changes can be made to it. 8. If there are any outstanding or pending request for funds from other associations or sources (i.e. ASUC), notification and documentation of these requests are required. 9. Please allow a minimum of 1 week for review and notification of application status. ASSP reserves the right to approve or deny an application request for funds after thorough evaluation on a case-by-case basis. ASSP may request additional documentation for further evaluation. 10. The approval of funds is a one-time grant only. Any additional future requests for funding will need submission of another funding request application. 11. Funds are only available during the academic quarter they are approved. Approved funds that have not been used within this time frame will be forfeited. Any unused funds are returned to ASSP.
