How the Silent Auction
Bid Board Works
We are excited to announce that the Silent auction will
be held using a “Bid Board.” Bid Board procedures
are listed below:
1.
To place a bid on a Bid Board item, fill out the
bid form (use the blue colored slips for the blue
auction and the white colored slips for the white
auction). Enter the item number, bidder number, and
amount bid on the slip. All bids must be in whole
dollar amounts.
2.
Take your bid to a “Bid Taker” located at the
front of the room by the Bid Board screen or give to
one of the “Bid Takers” who will be coming to the
tables to pick up bids.
3.
Bids will be posted on the screens at the front
of the room.
4.
Bids must be placed or given to a Bid Taker
before the auction closes to be considered valid.
5.
In the event that more than one bidder submits
the same high bid for an item, those bidders will be
presented with a new bid form to make a final bid to
break the tie. The highest bidder wins.

campus with custom fencing beginning with the NEW
parking lot. The fence is galvanized, black ornamental
iron with 7 foot brick pillars topped with custom
capstone caps. This fence will put the finishing
touches on our parking lot renovation.

Coach Barry Switzer for an evening of
conversation and food. Othello’s Italian

Coach Switzer has one of the highest winning
percentages of any college football coach in

Mount St. Mary Catholic High School provides
lunches for its faculty and staff members at no
cost. Help underwrite this expense and support the
lunch program for our wonderful group of folks.

Jeans Day Pass
$30 per Student
Your student will receive a monthly pass to wear
jeans to school in addition to the Student Council
Jeans Days. The principal will determine the day
each month.

Auction Information
The Auction Committee did not have every item in hand
when the program went to print. We have tried to represent
each item accurately based on the information we received.
We will post or announce major differences, if any, during
the evening. All items are sold “as is” with no guarantees
expressed or implied. The Auction Chairman reserves the
right to withdraw any item before or during the auction.
Neither Mount St. Mary Catholic High School nor the
Embassy Suites shall be liable for any personal injury on the
premises where the auction is being held or in the removal
of any items by the purchaser.
Payment in full for all items is mandatory on the night of
the auction. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.
Please make checks payable to Mount St. Mary Catholic
High School. Cashiers will be located in the entrance area
outside the ballroom. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
All items must be removed the evening of the auction,
unless other arrangements are made with the Auction
Chairman.
Purchaser should present a “paid” receipt to an auction
worker when claiming their auction items. Silent Auction
items may be claimed at the display tables or at the cashier
area. Gift certificates, gift cards and wine may be claimed
from the cashier area.
