LITTERING Have you ever littered? Have you ever thrown trash on the ground because you don’t have anywhere to put it? Well, instead of throwing it on the ground you can get up and put in the trash. I am going to tell you how this can affect animals, clean the Earth, and also help recycle. The trash can kill animals because they can mistake it for food and once an animal’s head is in the trash, the animal can get stuck and never get out. The animals that live in the ocean can also be killed. Trash can move along water and places and then end up in the ocean. Many kinds of animals can die because of trash and people littering. So if you like animals and don’t want to harm them, don’t litter. If you don’t litter, it can make the world less dirty. How? I bet that each day people litter but if you take some of your time to clean trash up, that is how it can make the world cleaner. Also, picking up litter will help babies then they walk because they can put the litter in their mouths and choke. The Earth can be cleaned by people not throwing trash on the ground and then making a group of people clean up the trash. Recycling helps because you can put trash into recycling bins. You can recycle all the plastic bottles or trash that you find out on the ground. It is the same thing because recycling helps to fight litter and picking up litter helps to recycle. You can reduce litter by buying in bulk. When you buy cokes, for example, you should buy the liter bottle instead of six packs. Instead of getting little bags of potato chips, get the big bags. This will reduce the amount of trash you throw away. If you reduce, reuse, and recycle, this will make the world cleaner and it really doesn’t affect you that much.
