In the next section, we will be applying the concepts of Psychological Types (MBTI®) to
negotiation and conflict resolution. The purpose of this class is to understand various
"types" and how they differ from each other in ways that lead to conflicts. We will
explore ways to reduce those conflicts and how to improve your negotiations.
