2014 Cheatham County Christmas Decorating Contest

Entries are limited to homes and businesses located within Cheatham County. The deadline to enter is
Monday, December 22. All entry forms should be scanned and emailed to info@cheathamchamber.org,
faxed to 615.792.5001, dropped off at 108 North Main Street in Ashland City, or mailed to the Cheatham
County Chamber of Commerce; P.O. Box 354; Ashland City, TN 37015. If mailed, entries must be
received by the deadline. Please call the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce at 615.792.6722 with
any questions.

Is there anything special we should tell our judges about locating your home or business?
Addresses of all business and residential participants may be published and distributed through the Cheatham
County Chamber of Commerce. The winners will be announced on cheathamchamber.org and the Cheatham
Chamber Facebook page on December 26. There will be three residential winners and one business winner in
each coverage area. Each winner will be awarded a check in the amount of the prize won. I understand the
only decorations on the outside of my home or business will be judged.
I have read all of the above and agree to allow my business name and address or, if residential, my address
and last name, to be published and distributed throughout Ashland City and through print, email, and website
of the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce, NES, and CEMC. I understand that if I am a residential or
business winner, my name may be announced in the newspaper and in print and electronic media of the
Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce, NES, and CEMC.
