Priority Populations Established.
Pursuant to

the following Priority Populations are hereby established for the

2013-2014 Fiscal Year:

2013-2014 Priority Populations

1. Homeless persons and families.
The services to be rendered

by the recipients to this population shall pertain to one or more
18
of
