The Winchester Probation Service deals with court orders, offenders,

injustice arising from maladministration by local authorities. They
investigate complaints about most council services including housing,
planning, education, social services, consumer protection, drainage
and Council Tax. A complainant must give the local authority

the Local Government Ombudsman.

The tenant must sign an agreement and enter into a contract to pay

taken to recoup any outstanding payments.
Once accommodation has been found, the scheme will offer friendly
support, advice in assisting you to settle in, and maintain contact until
your loan is repaid.
