Objectives of the Program:
A major objective of this review is to assess employee performance before transferring
from probationary to regular staff. Reviewing objectives and performance is especially
critical during the employee’s first year at Ryerson. The review provides an opportunity to
compare overall results obtained to overall performance expected during this first year.
For MaC employees this review does not replace the formal performance appraisal required
on an employee’s anniversary date.
