The show will be conducted in accordance with the applicable FEI,SANEF, FS&NC and Harties Riding
Club rules.
The Show Organizers and their officials will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries sustained
to owners, competitors, horses or property.
The show organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine or alter any classes, as they deem necessary.
The correct entry fees must accompany all entries or entries will not be accepted.
The Show Organizers reserve the right to refuse entries without giving a reason.
Only paid up members of the FS&NC Horse Society may enter the Affiliated & non-Affiliated classes.
Riders, horses and owners must be registered before closing date of entries. The relevant Grading
Secretary must verify entries from outside the Region. Contact Mrs R Hobbs for help in this regard. Tel
018-468 1353. Non-registered horses, owners and riders will forfeit their entry fees and will not be
allowed to participate in the show. Classes are marked A –Affiliated or NA – Non Affiliated
14% Vat and levies are included in Entry Fees.
Adult/Junior classes (except show jumping & equitation) will be divided if there are more than 5 entries in
each age group.
TRAINING SHOW CLASSES are restricted to new combinations and/or Novice horses and riders. No
cross entries between Training and other show classes.

ENTRY FEE : R75 per class except SJ Championship classes, which are R80 per
