above named Company will be held at Lyndhurst Community Centre, Lyndhurst, Hants, on Friday

Matters arising from the Minutes
5. To adopt the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts. Any questions regarding the annual accounts
should be sent in writing to the office at least seven days before the meeting.
6. The Council 2015
As a result of the 2009 amendment to Society Rule 7, 6 Members of the Council are due to retire by rotation,
and the Council should consist of 18 members.
Members due to retire by rotation in 2015 are Miss N Stephens, Ms G Wright, Mr J Young, Mr S Dovey, Mrs
K Ingram, and Miss H Whetren. All are willing to continue and have been duly nominated and seconded. No
nominations have been received for new Council members. No election is necessary
7. To appoint Stephenson & Co. Chartered Accountants, as accountants.
8. To appoint Mr J Puzio, BvetMed, MRCVS; and Mr P Tunney, BVMS, MRCVS, as the Society’s Honorary
Veterinary Surgeons.
9. To appoint Dixon Stewart as the Society’s Honorary Solicitors.
10. To confirm Ms Gill Wright as President Elect for 2016.
11. To discuss Society membership fees.
12. To award the Performance Pony Competition prizes and the Knightwood Part-Bred Pony Performance
Competition prizes.
13. To award engraved glass tumblers to the owners of ponies winning Society cups three years in
succession:
Brickworth Melody – Cree Cup (Ladies Race, Point to Point)
Farriers Foxglove – Woodfidley Trophy (Weight Carrying Pony)
14. To make awards to the following ponies in the Elite Scheme
Stallion Progeny Silver Grade – Sabina’s Gold Sovereign
Pony Performance Silver Grade – Sabinas Monte Carlo
Ash Grade Certificates to the Forest-Run Mares – Foxhills Total Eclipse, New Copse Teazle
Beech Grade Certificate to the Forest-Run Mares – Blue Secret of Samsons, Sturtmoor Pandora
Oak Grade to the Forest-Run Mare – Mallards Wood Holly
15.To ask for sponsors and stewards at the Breed Show
