SALES AGENTS – JAPANESE NATIVE (TEMPORARY CONTRACT) Timpany Language Courses S.L. is an online language travel agency based in Barcelona. We are currently looking a Japanese native, to temporary join our international team of language travel advisors to cover a part-time job during Maternity Leave taken by current agent. The chosen candidate should be a well-travelled, highly motivated individual with excellent people skills, a passion to sell and to serve clients well. We offer: An opportunity to join a young international team of language advisors based in Barcelona A friendly & supportive work environment Competitive salary Part-time job (afternoons) Temporary Contract, starting from May 2013 The position reports to the Sales Manager and the Key Responsibilities of the position include: Sales: Advising and selling to potential clients by email and over the telephone in their native language, helping them to choose the right school and course. Student support: Coordinating the enrolment process, from the day a student enrols to a course to the moment the student arrives at the language school and beyond if necessary. Excellent English skills is needed in order to communicate with language schools worldwide, attend meetings and communicate with colleagues Team work: Substituting and helping colleagues when necessary to cover other language markets Translation of documents from/to English to/from Japanese Potential for additional activities inside the company for specialized skills you may bring Requirements Minimum studies: Degree in Tourism or similar Minimum work experience: At least 2 years Minimum requirements: Native Japanese speaker with experience of living and working abroad and a good knowledge of their culture. Please note that only native Japanese candidates will be considered Communication skills: Must be able to express yourself well in English, both orally and in written form. A college/university degree, preferably in Tourism combined with work experience abroad or in an international company.
